Unloading and loading of ship cargo, ship accidents, sinking of ship cargo, mortgage and endorsement of ships, how to buy and sell commercial ships, damages during sea voyage, etc.
And providing legal representation in a completely specialized manner in the field of lawsuits related to ships and shipping, lawsuits arising from maritime transportation and all lawsuits related to maritime law . The members of the institute are among the basic lawyers of the Center’s judiciary, whose commitment and expertise in matters related to maritime claims are the main criteria in their selection. Since the graduates of the institute have mainly studied private law and international trade law in their graduate studies, and also considering the long experience of presence and representation in commercial companies, the institute decided to divide in the middle of 2011 Institute in the form of 2 departments of maritime law and commercial company law .
The department of commercial company law is responsible for providing specialized representation in relation to commercial company law, lawsuits related to companies, lawsuits related to bankruptcy of companies, lawsuits related to liquidation of commercial companies, lawsuits related to arbitration in contracts between commercial companies and also providing advice on laws and regulations. The governing of commercial companies is the increase and decrease of capital in the company, the bankruptcy process of the company, the review of the contracting and employer contracts of the commercial companies, and the review of the contracts of the companies with the employees and personnel of the company .
